Provide clean oil to the system. However, the hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder cause flow pulsation in the oil return path, which reduces the filtering performance of the filter. Especially for large-volume hydraulic cylinders, when the oil return line is suddenly connected under high pressure, the oil is suddenly relieved of pressure. The resulting instantaneous flow impact is great, which not only significantly reduces the filtering effect, but also easily breaks the filter element. Therefore, only when the system is relatively stable, can the oil return line filter achieve the desired effect. In addition, the oil return line filter cannot remove the pollutants immersed in the fuel tank. Special attention should be paid to the cleaning of the fuel tank before the system moves and effective measures are taken to prevent the pollutants from entering the fuel tank. High-precision filters can be used for oil return line filtration. The initial pressure difference is generally 0.035～0.05Mpa, and the maximum allowable pressure difference is 0.2～0.35Mpa.
