The position of the hydraulic oil filter in the system has a great influence on the effect of pollution control. In the hydraulic system, the filter can be installed in the suction line, pressure oil line and return line as required, or it can be installed outside the main system to form a separate filter system.

Hydraulic Suction filter: In order to prevent pollutants from entering the pump, an oil suction filter is generally installed in the suction port or the suction line. The oil suction port filter is immersed in the bottom of the oil tank, which is easily blocked by contaminants and difficult to maintain. Therefore, a net or line gap filter without a shell is generally used at the oil suction port.
