The method of replacing the filter element: 1. The replacement of the filter element of the single barrel pre-filter device: a. Close the oil inlet ball valve and open the upper end cover. (Aluminum alloy type upper end cover needs to be opened gently from the side notch with a flat-blade screwdriver); b. Unscrew the drain plug wire to drain off the dirty oil; c. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, and the operator wears oil-proof Hold the filter element tightly with gloves, and remove the old filter element vertically; d. Replace the new filter element, pad the upper seal ring (the lower end has its own seal), and tighten the nut; f. Tighten the drain outlet plugging wire, and cover the upper end cover ( Pay attention to pad the sealing ring) and tighten the bolts. 2. Replacement of the filter element of the dual-barrel parallel pre-filtration device: a. First close the oil inlet valve of the filter on the side of the filter element to be replaced, close the oil outlet valve after a few minutes, then unscrew the end cover bolts, and open the end cover; b. Open the drain The valve completely drains the dirty oil to prevent the dirty oil from entering the clean oil chamber when the filter element is replaced; c. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, and the operator wears oil-proof gloves to hold the filter element and remove the old filter element vertically; c. Replace with a new filter element, pad the upper seal ring (the lower end has its own seal), tighten the nut; d. Close the drain valve, cover the upper end cover (pay attention to the seal ring), and install the fastening bolts. E. Open the oil inlet valve first, then open the exhaust valve. When the exhaust valve discharges oil, immediately close the exhaust valve, and then open the oil outlet valve; then operate the filter on the other side in the same way.
