(1) The oil suction coarse filter at the pump inlet is used to protect the pump from inhaling large mechanical impurities. According to the requirements of the pump, coarse or ordinary precision oil filters can be used. In order not to affect the oil absorption performance of the pump, prevent occurrence For cavitation, the filtering capacity of the oil filter should be more than twice the pump flow, and the pressure loss should not exceed 0.01~0.035MPa.
(2) The high-pressure oil filter on the pump outlet oil line is mainly used to filter out polluting impurities entering the hydraulic system. Generally, an oil filter with a filtration accuracy of 10-15 mm is used. It should be able to withstand the working pressure and impact pressure on the oil circuit, the pressure drop should be less than 0.35MPa, and there should be a safety valve or blockage signal device to prevent pump overload and filter element damage.
(3) The low-pressure oil filter on the oil return path of the system can filter out the pollutants before the oil flows into the oil tank, and provide clean oil for the hydraulic pump. Due to the low pressure in the oil return line, a refined oil filter with low filter element strength can be used, and a larger pressure drop is allowed for the oil filter.
(4) The bypass filter system installed outside the system. The large hydraulic system can be specially equipped with an oil filter subsystem composed of a hydraulic pump and an oil filter to filter out impurities in the oil to protect the main system. When installing the oil filter, it should be noted that the general oil filter can only be used in one direction, that is, the inlet and outlet are not interchangeable.
